Heavenly Granola Flapjacks
A good friend of ours Fleur from Fleurs Food makes a mean flapjack. For a while we’ve been wanting to try her recipe and when we eventually got round to it, we realised these babies are deee-licious!!! It must be the condensed milk that gives them a creamy & sweet flavour.
We had some home-made granola lying around (recipe coming soon) so we used that instead of the oats. Luckily it was a version that was lower in nuts and seeds. We can’t really talk about this too much…you have got to make it, it won’t take you long and it tastes great.
