Very Simple Baked Salmon with Ginger and Lime.

Ingredients
Marinade
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grated or pureed fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp garlic puree
  • 1 tbsp honey
Other
  • Salmon Fillets
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
  • Mixed peppers sliced
Instructions
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together
  2. Marinade the salmon for a few hours, ideally overnight Marinade the salmon in ginger and lime marinade
  3. Preheat the oven to high: 220 Degrees C
